1. Agreement

By purchasing or using a Scandinavia IPTV subscription you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Scandinavia IPTV provides access to streaming media over the internet. A stable broadband connection is required. Channel, event and title availability may vary by region and over time due to licensing and third-party rights, and is not guaranteed.

3. Subscriptions & payment

• Plans are billed as a one-time payment for the selected term (monthly, multi-month or lifetime).
• Access details are delivered by email after payment is confirmed.
• The "number of devices" on a plan is the maximum number of simultaneous streams permitted under a single subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly broadcast the service, and not to share your credentials beyond the device allowance of your plan. Accounts found in breach may be suspended without refund.

5. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue, contact support first — we will always try to resolve it. Requests made after substantial use of the service may not be eligible.

6. Adult content

Optional 18+ categories are included and can be hidden or shown on request. By enabling adult content you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

7. Third-party trademarks

All channel names, logos, league and title artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Scandinavia IPTV claims no affiliation with or endorsement by these parties and does not host or own the underlying content.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scandinavia IPTV is not liable for interruptions, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
